The Minutes for the 1955 Business Meeting, which appointed a Committee to create a Constitution and Standing Rules for WSFS, have been discovered on page 17 of NYcon II’s PR#3 and have been OCR’ed and posted on the WSFS Rules as of Worldcon #13 (1955) page.
